On Saturday and Sunday the gates at the track open at 7:00 AM. The mandatory drivers meeting for all attendees is at 8:00 AM.
Your registration fee also includes a commemorative T-shirt. You don't want to miss getting one, they are collectors items. You can purchase extra T-shirts for your friends and family too.
HPDE COST (INCLUDES MOVIE):
2 Days: $280 for 1 driver or primary driver……$260 for co-drivers……
1 Day: $210 for 1 driver or primary driver……$190 for co-drivers……
MOVIE:
The movie "GUMBALL RALLY" starts when the track goes COLD, (after parade laps and after it gets dark). You will enjoy FREE Popcorn for the movie with your friends.
The Cost is included with your registration. You can bring your friends and family for an additional charge of only $5.00 per person (and they get FREE Popcorn too).
T-SHIRTS:

If you REGISTER before JULY 22, 2017 your name will be put in a drawing, (for each day you are registered to drive), for a chance to win an EARLY REGISTRATION $150 VISA GIFT CARD. You MUST be present for the drawing to win. ONE (1) Name will be drawn to win the Gift Card, if the person is not present another name will be drawn until a winner is drawn. The Drawing will take place on Saturday during the MOVIE at the event. The decision of the HPDE Chair is final.
INSTRUCTORS ONLY:
If you REGISTER before JULY 22, 2017 (Deadline for Instructor Early Registration Discount too), your name will be put in a drawing for Instructor Of The Weekend, (for each day you are registered to Instruct), for a chance to win an EARLY REGISTRATION INSTRUCTOR OF THE WEEKEND $150 VISA GIFT CARD. You MUST be present for the drawing to win. ONE (1) Name will be drawn to win the Gift Card, if the person is not present another name will be drawn until a winner is drawn. Event requirements
TECH Inspection – Pre Tech can be done FREE a week prior to the event. Please try to have your inspection done prior to the event. Tech inspection at the track will be $50 (cash or check only), and as always there is no cost to fully prepped cars without license plates brought in by trailer as well as for those participants residing more than 50 miles from an official tech inspection site.

*Please make sure you have your car numbers ready before you get to the track.
**Please make sure you have your tech inspection form completely filled out and signed by a valid tech inspector/shop. This is a requirement from PCA National.
Must have for Driving: Helmet at least a SNELL 2010-M rating (the club has some loaners), closed shoes, long pants and a long sleeved shirt (both cotton material).
