About this event
On May 26, Schonesland will be taking a one-day drive to the Amana Colonies with lunch at the Ronnenberg Restaurant in Main Amana. We will be leaving from the Cozy Café in Johnston, with drivers meeting at 8:40AM and drive beginning at 9:00AM, following as many of the back-roads as possible. Cozy Café has a breakfast buffet on Saturday mornings ($10.99) for those interested in some eats before the drivers meeting. Lunch at the Ronneberg will be family-style, with 3 meats, the usual Amana side dishes, two deserts, and non-alcoholic beverage included. Registration for the drive and lunch will be $25 per person (tax and gratuity included). After lunch, you will be free to roam the Amana colonies and enjoy their annual Renaissance Festival.
