Our annual Audi Club Northwest Holiday Party will be held at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center on Friday December 5th, in the Mercer Room on the main floor. The evening's activities begin at 7:00pm, with dinner and conversation until 10:00pm.
Join us for our last social event of the year! This evening is for adults 18 and over only please. The annual holiday party is always a great evening to get together with Audi enthusiasts who love their cars as much as you do. Whether you are new to the Audi family or have been a long time member, you will enjoy this fun evening.
There will be an open bar with red and white wine as well as champagne, beer and soft drinks. Enjoy appetizers to start. A catered dinner follows with a dessert buffet.
Cost is $25 per person, and the board agreed to make $15 of this amount a donation to Seattle Children's Hospital for uncompensated care through our designated charity effort for the year. There are selections to add an additional amount if you want to help more. We will have a report on this full year effort at the party.
Audi Club Northwest will provide food, beverages and music. Audi of Tacoma will provide door prizes. You can bring the holiday cheer! Dress is casual but you may dress up if you like.
We will be accepting canned food donations for Northwest Harvest at the door (there will be extra door prize tickets for those bringing food donations).

Here is the background on Audi Club Northwest's involvement and support to Children's Hospital:
For several years, Pete and Sue Dieckerhoff raised contributions to The SOVREN Guild of Seattle Children's Hospital as part of the annual Audi Car Corral held at the Pacific Northwest Historic Races on the July 4th weekend. Their effort has been successful and wonderfully satisfying for everyone involved. In 2011 the ACNW Board raised our visibility with an annual commitment of $1,000 or more to help uncompensated care to the kids at Seattle Children's Hospital. The amount from us for 2011 was $1,105, 2012 more than doubled that amount at $2440, and then it jumped up to $8,210 in 2013. Everyone has the opportunity to select an additional small donation as part of your event registration. Each registration produces a receipt as part of your registration that you can use with your tax return. These funds are consolidated and donated once per year through The SOVREN Guild.
All of us will be recognized in the Children's Checkered Flag Club as "Audi Club Northwest", inside the front cover of the Pacific Northwest Historics program next July. The club is also part of a drawing to have one of our attendees start the "Checkered Flag Race" from the starter's stand on the front straight and to also ride in the official Pacific Northwest Historics Pace Car for the following race. A mind blowing experience! There will other developments associated with attending the Audi Car Corral and being involved with Children's Checkered Flag Club, so stay tuned.

Cancellations received before registration closes will be entitled to a 95% refund (100% less payment system fees) or 100% credit at a future Audi Club Northwest event within 1 year.
Cancellations received after registration closes are non-refundable and will likely not be entitled to a future credit.
