A Haunted Road Rally

Explanation:
Road Rally is a an event that takes place on public roads. Drivers will be provided turn by turn directions to specific destinations in and around Fort Wayne. Because this is a fun, social event you may drive any car so long as it is a safe, insured, road worthy car with seatbelts for every passenger.

Schedule: (Awards time is tentative and will be based on when all drivers return.)
10:30AM to 11:30AM - Registration & Tech
11:30AM to 12:00PM - Intoduction and Drivers Meeting
12:00PM to 3:00PM - Navigate course
3:00PM to 4:00PM - Driver check-in
4:00PM - Awards
All cars must have at least one passenger that will serve as a navigator during this event.
Cost per car:
If BOTH the driver and the navigator are members:
Pre-registered: $15
Walk-up: $20
If EITHER the driver or the navigator is NOT a member:
Pre-registered: $20
Walk-up: $25
The 'navigator' is the first passenger in your car and must be sitting in the front passenger seat to provide the correct directions.
By pre-registering on Motorsportsreg.com you will receive a $5 discount.
We are currently only accepting payment onsite. Cash or check payments are preferred, while credit card payments are accepted for a nominal fee.
Everyone on site must sign the SCCA insurance waiver and all drivers must have a valid driver license to compete. If the driver or passenger is under 18, they must have a minor waiver signed by BOTH parents – contact Donovan Miner for details. Events run rain or shine.

Event requirements
1. Minors
All Minors (competitor or spectator under 18) at the event site MUST be accompanied by at least one parent (or legal guardian) during the entire course of the event. The parent (or legal guardian) must complete a Minor Liability Waiver for all accompanied Minors at the site.
For Minor Competitors, BOTH parents (or legal guardians) MUST sign a Minor Liability Waiver before the minor may be allowed to compete. Proof of full legal custody is required for single-parent households.
A parent (or legal guardian) of any Minor Competitor MUST remain at the event site until the completion of the event.
Copies of the Minor Liability Waiver are available before events upon request from the Solo Chairman.
2. Passengers
All cars must have at least one passenger that will serve as a navigator during this event. Cars are allowed to have more than one passenger, so long as every passenger has a seatbelt. Helmets are not required for this event.
3. Speeding / Traffic violations
Everyone is expected to obey all posted traffic laws. Anyone who is caught violating any posted laws, or ticketed for speeding will be ineligible for any prizes at the end of the event.
