24H Series Volunteer Marshals

Join us for the 24H Series at COTA

Please note that additional information, including finalized schedule details, will be updated as released. Volunteers will be emailed through MotorsportsReg.com for all communications, so please be sure to use a working email that you can check on a regular basis. Your confirmation email from your specialty chief will be among those emails.

AVAILABLE VOLUNTEER SPECIALTIES:

• Flagging & Communications Marshals: operate yellow flag, blue flag, and radio communications and assist with on-track incidents and manual labor operations including carrying a 20 lb. fire bottle, running potentially long distances, and feeling comfortable on a hot track
• Refueling Assist: monitor the refueling area, take notes on pit stops, must be able to carry a 20 lb fire bottle
• Pit Lane: previous experience required, ability to stand for long periods of time, observe pit stops, assist with starting grid
• Runner: ability to walk up and down pit lane for long periods of time
• Hospitality: organize and distribute meals to marshals; help with registration and check-in of marshals

• Some meals provided

SCHEDULE (all times are tentative and include morning meetings):

• Thursday, November 14: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Friday, November 15: 7:00 AM-7:30 PM
• Saturday, November 16: 7:00 AM-11:30 PM
• Sunday, November 17: 6:00 AM-9:00 PM
