Join the Glen Region in celebrating our 2019 racing season!
Our 2019 season Awards Banquet will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Horseheads on Saturday, January 11, starting with a cash bar at 12 p.m.. We'll hand out awards after lunch for 2019 including Solo class and championship winners, Club Racing driver and worker awards, as well as some region awards presented by the RE!
Cost is $37 per person and includes a cheese tray appetizer, nonalcoholic drinks, italian buffet, and dessert. Lunch will be served starting at 1 p.m..
Registration and Payment
Registration and payment via MotorsportReg is REQUIRED for our awards banquet this year. We have to be able to provide accurate attendance numbers in order to secure the space and our menu prior to the event.
Registration will close late on the evening of 1/5 so that we can provide the final count to the venue on 1/6. If registration is closed and you'd still like to attend, please reach out to our Activites Director, Cheryl Zebrowski for details.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accpeted and fully refunded up until the end of the day on 1/5/20. For cancellations or no-show after 1/5, payments will NOT be refunded. Please use the link here on MotorsportReg to contact the registrar in order to cancel.
