You will have your choice of salad, entrée and dessert
Salad choices:
1 – Classic Caesar Salad
2 – Gorgonzola Salad (spring mix, apples, walnuts, passion fruit vinaigrette)
Entrée choices:
1 – Prime Rib of Beef (served with horseradish sauce and hot au jus)
2 – Halibut (sautéed with crab meat sauce)
3 – Chicken Buona Dona (sautéed boneless breast of chicken with prawns)
Dessert choices:
1 – Chocolate Mousse
2 – Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce
