2018 Atlanta Motorsports Park welcomes a new series sponsor, as well as a new type of action.
This will the the first event to include AMP's new AMPursuit!!! Details Below
Race groups will include the following classes:
- Spec Miata (Group 1)
- Spec E30 (Group 1)
- Radical SR1 (Group 2)
- Radical SR3 (Group 2)
- Spec Racer Ford Gen 3 (Allowed with minimum number of entrants - Group 2)
AMPursuit is open to ALL Sports Cars (Please note, the AMPursuit is currently only open to Members of Atlanta Motorports Park in good standing)

Pre-Registration Race Entry - $125 (Race weekend entry fee $175)
Pre-Registrationt Race Entry - $195 (Race weekend entry fee $245)
AMPursuit Pre-Event Entry - $0.00 (Race weekend entry fee $10)
Each entry includes practice/qualifying sessions, access to the track during open members track sessions, inclusion in the days events, and an awards ceremony at the conclusion including refreshments and awards
At the conclusion of the 2018 Season, classes that have met the minium number of entrants for qualifying races will be awarded championship prizes. The grand prize will be provided by Appalachian Armory.
Event requirements
AMPursuit is Open to All AMP Members and closed wheel vehicles.
AMP Championship Series is Open to All AMP Members and Non-Members, with a qualifying vehicle.

Non-members must meet one of the following criteria:
- Must submit an approved log book from one of the following sanctioning organizations for review and final approval. SCCA, NASA, PCA, IMSA, BMWCCA.
- Must supply a letter of recommendation from one of the following sanctioning organizations for review and final approval. SCCA, NASA, PCA, IMSA, BMWCCA.
When creating a vehicle profile for yourself or another account, make sure to include the race series log book information (name & log book number) in the log book # field within the vehicle profile information. (You can edit this information later through your 'My Account' tab, then 'Edit my Information')
