About this event
Thank you for considering the 2017 NCM Motorsport Park Test and Tune event on Thursday, November 16th, 2017. This event is a special one, offering two options:
If you are a individual seeking a open-format lapping day at NCM, you can register yourself with a single vehicle at an early-bird price of $300 After October 16th, 2017 the price will increase to $350.
If you are an American Endurance Racing team who will be racing at NCM on November 17th through 19th, you can register your entire team (one car and up to six drivers) for the early-bird price of $450. After October 16th, 2017 the price will increase to $500.
This will be open track, running continuously through the day with only a break for lunch. Registration is limited to drivers who have adequate experience and are solo-capable. Passing will be open and allowed anywhere on track.

Event requirements
For the 2017 season, we continue to offer annual waivers and the ability to sign them online using DocuSign. This will expedite the registration process at the track on the day of the event. We invite all customers to take advantage of this. Before the event, you will receive an email with instructions on how to do this.
These documents include:
- Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement
- Vehicle and Safety Agreement
Further, if you bringing a minor to the event, you will be required to execute a "Parental Consent/Minor Release and Waiver of Liability Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement" as well. Please be advised no minors will be allowed in any vehicle on the track at any time.
All of these documents are available online and can be reviewed at anytime.
Because this is considered a driving education event, track insurance for a loss to your vehicle can be purchased through Ontrack Insurance.
