"Autocross Buffet! All You Can Eat!"
Welcome to registration for Western Ohio Region SCCA Fun Run/Make-up Event at Kil-Kare Raceway in Xenia, Ohio!
This event is pre-pay only, and limited to 60 drivers.
This event will be held RAIN OR SHINE. In the event of rain, a shorter, rain-friendly course will be run, away from the walls and banked track.
Unless we need the day to make up for a canceled event, this day will be our Fun Run day... a celebration of the season! Just like last year, we'll divide into three heats and run with a skeleton work crew. Everyone is required to work one heat, and the rest of the day is yours to drive the course as much as you want! It's an smorgasbord of autocross! The timing system will be active, but no records will be kept.
Please try to arrive early to check-in and prepare your car. The quicker we get things started, the more runs everyone gets!

Payments are accepted online by credit/debit card, or by cash or check at the event.
Event requirements
Pre-registration ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time the Friday before the event. You may register onsite the day of the event for $5 more than the pre-registration price if space allows.
All licensed drivers are eligible to enter. Those with learner's permits or "Temps" are eligible only with a licensed driver in the car.
Drivers under 18 years of age must have a "minor waiver" signed by both parents or legal guardian. In cases where only one parent/guardian has sole legal custody, the form can be marked as such. This waiver must be notarized prior to the event or signed onsite, witnessed by an SCCA member. You can download and print a copy of this waiver here: SCCA Solo Minor Waiver MS-2A (MUST BE PRINTED IN COLOR). Due to safety concerns, junior karts are not permitted to run at this site.
Everyone at the event must sign a liability waiver and wear the provided wrist band in plain view.
Helmet and seat belts are required to be worn by all drivers and passengers. Helmets must meet Snell 2000 or newer standards. Loaner helmets are available in limited quantities. Refer to Section 4.3 of the 2016 SCCA Solo Rules for further details on required safety equipment..
WORSCCA Solo events will be conducted in accordance with the 2016 SCCA Solo Rules
and the WORSCCA Solo Supplemental Regulations
