Come drive the RECENTLY REPAVED Hallett!!

Last year, the Kansas City and Sunbelt BMW Club chapters joined forces to bring you an exciting event!  Please join us for the 2016 BMW Regional Driving School - "No Excuses IX" at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit on September 2nd-4th.  The school includes two days of instructed driving and a Friday orientation day for instructors and approved advanced students.

Joining us this year will be the Great Plains and Lone Star chapters of the BMW Car club of America.  Join us in welcoming them to this great event!

Raising the bar another level over our exciting event last year, we will be featuring a new HPDE classroom presentation created by the great Ross Bentley. Bentley has combined over 20 seasons of race driving experience and 18 years of race driving instruction to become one of North America's foremost authorities on the art of driving. His series, Speed Secrets, is one of the best selling series of performance driving books of all time.

Hallett is considered one of the most exciting and technical tracks in the midwest!  The track features ten turns, and considerable elevation change across its 1.8 mile circuit.

Did we mention Hallett was recently repaved?

  • Refund Cancellation Policy:
    • The organizing clubs incur significant cost and risk when scheduling events.  The club will be faced with many expenses even if participants cancel.

    • As a result, we have instituted the following policy.

Prior and up to 08/05/16, no penalty for cancellations.

Starting on 08/06/16 until 08/20/16, a 20% fee (rounded to nearest whole dollar) applies to all cancellations.

After 08/20/16, no refunds will be allowed - only a credit toward a future event will be allowed.

      Thank you.

  • Each driver must register separately even if sharing a car. No more than two drivers per car. Shared cars may be required to run back-to-back track sessions.
  • All participants and guests are required to sign an insurance company form waiving their rights to sue. A copy of the waiver is in the information packet. If you would like to read a copy prior to submitting this application, you may request one by contacting the Driving School Registrar.
  • If you have any medical condition that requires consideration under the Americans With Disabilities Act, please indicate that on the registration form.

BMW CCA driving schools are designed to teach drivers how to safely improve their driving abilities and explore their cars’ capabilities. Students, using their own cars, get one-on-one instruction from experienced instructors. Our overriding emphasis is on safety, and safely learning how to control the car in emergency and higher performance conditions. The school is conducted on a paved, closed, and controlled course to minimize risk to persons and equipment. This is not a racing school, practice or preparation for racing, and it is not a timed, competitive event or speed contest. Even though we try to minimize risk, there is an inherent risk of damage to your car and injury to yourself. Please be certain that you are willing to accept this risk before registering for the school.
