7-10 pm: Welcome party & bench racing. Cash Bar & various food stations
Saturday, January 10th
8am - Check In
8:30 am – Noon: Club Racing, Rally, SOLO, etc. Meetings
12:30 pm: Volunteer Appreciation Lunch
9am – 4pm: Introduction to Rally Event
2 - 4 pm: Annual Business Meeting
4 - 5:00 pm: Town Hall Meeting
5 – 5:30 pm Board of Directors meeting
6 – 7 pm: Cocktail Hour
7 pm: Awards Banquet

Please pre-register even if paying by check or sending in TIPS.
The class champions (already notified) for Rally and RallyX have a no-cost option and should pre-register for the banquet.
If you choose to use TIPS (club racing workers) or pay by check, they must be received by Saturday January 3, 2015. You must have a credit card on file when you register online; the card will be processed if TIPS/check payment has not been received by January 3.
If paying online, please make sure you have a valid charge card on file. Credit card payments will not be processed until January 3, 2013.

Dinner choices are either a Sirloin or Chicken dish. A Vegetarian Special Order option is also available:
