About this event
IMPORTANT NOTICE: In compliance with the Club Bylaws as approved by the membership in 2013 there is no longer a differentiation in membership types between 'Basic' and 'Full' members. There shall be 'Members' and 'Non-Members'. The benefits previously provided by 'Full' membership are now available as a 'Season Subscription' package to purchase in conjunction with your membership.
For 2014 the following fee schedules will be in place for memberships and event registration. We will again be offering a $5 preregistration discount for entry to our autocross events.
**It is important to note. Family memberships are priced and designed for family members living in the same household including spouse, minor children and eligible dependants. This is in place to afford a parent to bring a child out at a discounted rate. It is not intended for Family members not living in the same household. Divorced or separated parents can speak to a board member for an exception for children. Anyone found to be in violation of this will have all of their memberships revoked with no refund.**
Membership
Membership - $35 - Provides for membership and access to member rates for event entry (Autocross is $25 per event)
Family Basic Membership - $65 for a family of up to 3. Provides for membership and access to member rates for event entry (Autocross is $25 per event)
Season Subscription
Season Subscription Package - $140 - This a permanent number and a space for all Tidewater Sports Car Club season points autocross events. However, you must register on MSR for all events in order to be garanteed a spot in our event. We anticipate that some of our events will have a waiting list all Subsription holders need to preregister in order to not be placed on the waiting list. Special events are not included such as Test & Tune, Novice schools and Virginia Autocross Championship. Charity events may or may not be included at the board’s discretion.
Autocross Event Entry Fees
Member - $25 - Pre-registration on-line provides for a $5 discount to this fee making it $20. ***MULTI-DAY events may be higher
Non-Member - $35 - Pre-registration on-line provides for a $5 discount to this fee making it $30. ***MULTI-DAY events may be higher
Other Events
Fees are determined on a per event basis
Event requirements
NOTE: If you are registering for membership it takes up to 24 hours for your membership to be processed. Please do not register for an event until you receive notification your membership has been complete. You can contact membership@tidewatersportscarclub.com with questions or concerns.
If you are purchasing the Family Membership and have additional family members, select the "Family Membership (Primary Member)" option on the Registration form for yourself. After you've completed the registration form for yourself (and before you finish and pay), click the link on the right to "Add another person". Do that for each additional family member and select the "Family Membership (Additional Member)" for each one. Click here to see an example.
