UPDATE: Event Location Change! Due to circumstances outside the clubs control, the location for the event has been moved. We are now at the Kentucky Expo Center Lot J. This lot is located between Broadbent Arena & Old Cardinal Stadium.
Due to the size of the site we feel we cannot provide a safe environment for karts to run. Karts will not be allowed to run at Fun Event #3.
Enter the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) through Gate 6 on Preston Highway located between Thorntons Gas station and Sleep Inn 3320 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40209. Proceed to where the road comes an intersection and you will see the event site. We will only have 100 free parking passes. Once their gone you will have to pay for parking to enter the site, so get there early.

First car off will be at 10:15 am. Karts are not allowed at this site.
7:30 - 9:00 pm: Registration
7:30 - 9:15 Technical Inspection
8:00 am (or earlier) - 9:30 am: Course open for walking
9:15 am Novice Walk Through
9:45 am: Driver's meeting
10:15 am (or sooner) - First car off!
Registration Fees: $30 for Kentucky Region SCCA and Associate members, $40 non-members (weekend memberships)
Below is a link for new folks who are coming out for the first time. The best time to come out is no later that 8:00 am, so that you can register, get your car inspected and walk the course. We also offer a novice walk through to assist people in navigating the course and an experienced driver can ride with you to help you out.

If you paid your entry fee through pre-registration and cannot attend the event then you may request a refund. All requests must be made by 11:59pm of the Friday immediately preceding the event and will be processed within 7 days after the event. 5% + $0.30 will be kept from the refund to cover the processing fee charged by MotorSportReg.com
