2013 Street Survival Instructor Registration

Saturday, August 24th, and Sunday, September 29, 2013 - 7:00AM-4:00PM

The St. Louis Region SCCA is hosting two (2) Tire Rack Street Survival® schools. We are looking for instructors for both events. We are asking instructors to register via Motorsport Reg to make it easy to communicate information with you about the event. There will be an instructors meeting approximately one (1) week prior to each school. We will send out information about the instructors meeting once the details are finalized. 

As a reminder, this is a "hands-on" driving experience using the student's own car to teach them about its handling limits and how they can control the car. The students will become more observant of the traffic situation they find themselves in. They will learn to look far enough ahead to anticipate unwise actions of other drivers. As the students master the application of physics to drive their cars, they will make fewer unwise driving actions themselves. They will understand why they should always wear their own seatbelts, and why they should insist that their passengers wear seatbelts, too. It's about more than driving - it's about LIVING!
