Event requirements

NOTE: AMP HAS A STRICT 95 DECIBEL SOUND LIMIT!!!  In addition, the track runs counter-clockwise so SCCA Sound Control will be on the right side of the car.  Both Atlanta Region and track personnel will be monitoring sound.  If you exceed 95 db you will be black-flagged and given a chance to rectify the situation.  If you exceed the limit a second time you are done for the day.

There is also a somewhat complicated  ! ENTRY FEE REBATE PROGRAM !  in effect for this event.  Please see the supps for information on possible $25 per day rebates - especially if you are qualified to be a PDX instructor.

Since this is a new facility for most, the Region has posted an FAQ file for those who are interested at
http://www.atlantascca.org/component/content/article/243.html

This event will also include an Atlanta Region Membership Meeting on Saturday night at the social. It will include a cookout, so if you plan to attend, please go to https://www.motorsportreg.com/index.cfm/event/event.advert/uidEvent/85C04E6E-E6B2-DDE9-852F07EE78877053 and sign up so we can get a good head count. ( you do not have to be an AR region member to attend.)

DRIVERS!! Please note special message below!
Payment is REQUIRED via credit card for On line Registration (PayPal payment is not accepted), but you will not be charged until after the event is concluded... and then only if you actually COMPETE. If you prefer to mail a check, you will have to register through Gwen at the Club Office by calling (770) 455-7222.  The registration process is very intuitive since the system leads you through step by step.  However, if you do have trouble with the registration website, MotorsportReg.com has a phone number listed at the bottom of every page. This company maintains a staffed office on weekdays - they ARE in California , so note the time difference when calling. Ordinary event registration questions can still be directed to the Region Office as always. Also, in your online 'account' your registrations will be listed ... including a link that allows you to go in and EDIT your registration if things change later. Please use it if you need it.

Full PDF's for the event supps are located on the Atlanta Region website home page
