Solo School/Event #7 2018 Zohr Tires Solo

 

Solo School / Event #7 of the 2018 Zohr Tire KCRSCCA Solo Championship Series. 
EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE at the MCC Precision Driving Center located just past the Great Plains ASPCA on E. Highway 78 in Independence Missouri. 

 

SCHOOL SATURDAY:  Arrive by 8am sharp and report to the trailer to check in. Plan on being there most of the day. Solo school is capped at 30 participants and you must pre register AND pre pay. There will be no refunds given for school cancellations. So do not sign up if you are not 100% sure you're attending. If you are not a current SCCA member, you will also need to pay the $10 weekend membership fee. INSTRUCTORS: If you are an experienced driver and want to be an instructor, please let us know. Thanks! 
 

SUNDAY SOLO EVENT 7:

-Gates open at 7:00 AM
-Onsite registration/check in opens at 7:45 AM
-Please arrive on site no later than 8:00 am 
-Tech opens at 7:45 AM and will close at 9:15 AM, Do not wait to tech, it must be done before the driver’s meeting!
-8:45 AM Course opens for walking
-8:50 AM Youth course walk
-8:55 AM Novice course walk
-9:15 AM Course is closed for walking
-9:15 AM Mandatory driver’s meeting followed by a short course/corner work demo for 13 event and under participants.
-First car off around 9:30

The entry fee for the solo events is $40 if you pay on-line or if paid at the event and are pre-registered (This includes Test & Tunes and Novice Schools). Online registration and payment is highly suggested to shorten your line wait time the morning of the event. There will be a $5 walk up fee for those that choose to do a walk up registration the morning of the event. This fee is incurred due to extra time required to manually enter all paperwork the morning of the event.  If you plan to walk up, you MUST arrive by 8 am to provide enough time for the process.

**Annual Tech participants can register and pay online to bypass checking in the morning of the event. You will be emailed your tech card to print off and bring with you the morning of the event. In the event that we have 4 heats, the same process can be used for “Late Start” as you won’t need to check in.

There is a $10 Weekend Membership Fee that is required if you are not an SCCA member in good standing. If you do not plan to register online, please plan to arrive early as there will be additional paperwork to fill out to secure the weekend membership.
