ORPCA Autocross

Please join us for our end of the season autocross celebration, the "Player's Celebration Weekend". This event will be held at Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, Oregon on Saturday November 16th and Sunday November 17th.

Pre-Registration for all events is open for all ORPCA members and all 2013 ORPCA Autocross entrants, starting on August 4th, 2013. Registration will close on Friday November 8th, 2013 at midnight, or earlier should the event fill up. Yes, there will be actual limited registrations for this event due to the size of the venue.

Saturday will feature a non-points, full rules autocross with tech and registration opening at 8:30 AM. First run group will start at 10:00 AM, there will be a lunch break from 12:00-1:00 PM, and then an afternoon run group.

There will be a Meet & Greet at 5:00 PM followed immediately by the Awards Ceremony for the season with a catered dinner at 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. All activities take place at the casino, so feel free to engage in extracurricular activities after the end of festivities!

Sunday will feature a "Player's Special" autocross from roughly 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, depending upon the previous nights' activities. This will be open to all 16 and older and will be a non-competition. Expect booby prizes and fun!

Please note that ORPCA has a block of rooms reserved at the Casino. It is highly suggested that if you want one of those rooms, to call in to Spirit Mountain and book one ASAP. There are other facilities in the area. Spirit Mountain will allow free overnight RV parking on Saturday night.
