Tentative Schedule
Friday, July 17
6-8 pm Registration and Tech at the track. You must go through registration before going to Tech. Please bring your Medical, Tech and Liability Form completed to registration. These can be downloaded at www.trackguys.com.
Saturday, July 18
7:00am Track opens and Registration and Tech reopen. You must go to registration before you go to tech.
7:30 am Instructor Meeting
8:00 am Mandatory Drivers Meeting. (If you do not attend this meeting it will keep you from getting on track)
8:30 am to Noon On Track
Noon to 1pm Lunch and Parade laps at about 12:30
1pm Track Guys Test Drive
1pm to 5pm Back on Track
Sunday, July 19
7:00 am Track Opens
7:00 am Registration Opens for those who are only coming on Sunday.
7:00 am Tech Opens for Sunday only participants
7:30 am Instructor Meeting
8:00 am Mandatory Drivers Meeting. All participants must attend this meeting.
8:30 am to Noon On Track
Noon to 1pm Lunch and Parade Laps (Raffle for two sets of Nitto tires)
1pm to 5pm On Track
DON’T FORGET TO…
- BRING YOUR FILLED OUT TECH INSPECTION FORM, MEDICAL FORM AND LIABILITY FORM. GO TO WWW.TRACKGUYS.COM TO DOWNLOAD THE FORMS.(PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE TRACK!)
- WEAR/BRING LONG SLEEVE SHIRT AND LONG PANTS
- BRING YOUR HELMET (SA00 OR NEWER -- NO 'M' HELMETS!) LOANERS WILL BE ON-SITE.
- WEAR/BRING COMFORTABLE, NARROW SOLED SHOES
(NO OPEN TOED SHOES!) - BRING YOUR LUGGAGE (DON'T LAUGH…IT'S HAPPENED)
- IF BRINGING A MINOR AS A SPECTATOR -- A MINOR RELEASE FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT ONSITE AND SIGNED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
