- New – New registrant; the registrar still needs to handle your application
- On-hold – Fees due
- Waitlisted New – Fees paid, waiting on completing Ground School
- Waitlisted Confirmed – Fees paid, GGR/Club member, Student (not certified, not OK to solo ), waiting on instructor assignment
- Confirmed – Fees paid, GGR/Club member, certified (or "ok to solo", not a student)
