Audi Club NA - North Atlantic Chapter is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: Requests for refunds may be made prior to August 7th and will be for the full amount. We will be unable to accommodate any refunds after August 7th - sorry! Force Majeure - should this event be canceled due to unforeseeable acts of god, nature or war, a portion of your application fee may not be refundable to the extent that the organizers of this event cannot recover non-refundable deposits and/or other contractual financial commitments.
