StarFest® 2012
Event Requirements

All participants in the Concours d' Elegance and Driving Events will be required to sign a “Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Indemnification, and Arbitration Agreement” form for each activity. Please review this form to expedite the collection of signatures at each activity.
All vehicles participating in the Track Activities must have had a pre-Event Technical & Safety Inspection. No vehicle will be allow on the track until this sheet has been presented during StarFest® registration check-in.
When you are registering to participate in either the Concours d' Elegance or Track Activities, you will be asked to specifiy a group and class for the Concours and a class for the Driving Events. The following documents detail those groups and classes:
The MBCA's National Event Rules Book is the governing document for StarFest® 2012. If you have any question regarding how any of the events are to be administered or what equipment is necessary to compete please consult this document.

MBCA - Desert Stars is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: All registrations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Additionally, any charges based on the registration, which can not be canceled, will not be refunded.
