Here's how it works:
We will open up bidding from now until Friday, June 24, 2016 at midnight. Members are encouraged to place their highest and best offer on the tickets. One bid only, so you only get one shot at this. When the dust settles on the morning of June 25, we will award the tickets and collect payment.
What does "highest and best" mean? We all know what highest is. Best means the offer that brings the most benefit to the club.
Examples:
If we get an offer to buy 2 tix at $400 each, an offer to buy 2 tix at $500 each, and an offer to buy 4 tix at $475 each, the $475 offer gets all the tickets, since it brings the most money to the club.
If we get an offer to buy 2 tix at $400 each, an offer to buy 2 tix at $600 each, and an offer to buy 4 tix at $475 each, the $400 offer gets two tickets, and the $600 offer gets two tickets.
Get it?
We will not be awarding partial orders, so if you bid on four, you will either get four or none; we will not award any less than you bid on.
Minimum bid is $400
