Friday, June 3 – Social & Tech

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM:  Euroclassics Porsche, Midlothian – Free

                                  - “Hang out & kick the tires”/Refreshments

                                  - Tech sessions by Euroclassics staff & Flawless Finish

 

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM:  Social & Dinner at Stonehenge Golf & Country Club

                                  - Prime rib, chicken, or salmon – $42 per person

                                  - Vegetarian – $36 per person

 

Saturday, June 4 – Concours & More

  8:30 AM –   9:30 AM:  Wyndham Virginia Crossings (WVC), Glen Allen

                                      - Arrive & Stage for Tops-only Concours – $45 per car

                                      - Porsche Corral – Free

                                      - Spectators – Free

  9:30 AM – 12:00 PM:  Concours Judging (Cars to be judged must be on the

                                      show field no later than 9:30 AM)

11:30 PM –   1:00 PM:  Café Carrera – Grab & Go Lunch in The Tavern at WVC

                                      - Adult – $20 per person

                                      - Child (Ages 13 – 17) – $10 per person

                                      - Child (Ages 12 and under) – Free

12:45 PM –   1:00 PM:  Drivers’ Meeting in front of Jefferson Building at WVC

  1:00 PM –   4:30 PM:  Fun Run/Gimmick Rally to Meadow Event Park, Doswell

                                      - Fun Run/Gimmick Rally – $10 per car

                                      - Tour of Meadow Event Park ,ages 13 - adult– $10 per person

                                      - Ages 12 and under - Free                                  

  4:30 PM –   6:00 PM:  Return from Fun Run/Gimmick Rally to WVC, Relax!

  6:00 PM –   9:00 PM:  Social, Dinner, Awards Presentation, & Guest Speaker

                                      Michael Keyser at WVC,  Ages 13- Adult – $50 per person

                                       - Ages 12 and under - Free 

                                      - Buffet dinner will be served at 6:45 PM.

 

Sunday, June 5 – Autocross at Richmond International Raceway (RIR)

  8:15 AM –   8:30 AM:  Meet in front of Jefferson Building at WVC

  8:30 AM –   9:00 AM:  Parade to RIR autocross site

  9:00 AM –   9:45 AM:  Registration, Tech – $35 per person

                                          Spectators – Free

  9:45 AM – 10:00 AM:  Drivers’ Meeting

10:00 AM – 10:15 AM:  Drive Through

10:15 AM – 12:00 PM:  Autocross

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM:  Lunch Break

                                      - Box lunch and drink – $10 per person

12:30 PM –   2:00 PM:  Autocross

  2:00 PM –   2:30 PM:  Awards Presentation

 

RPM T-shirt – $10 each

• Advanced registration will end on Monday, May 30, 2016 at 11:59 PM.
• Onsite registration will be available for a higher fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• Refunds, less a 5.5% processing fee, will be given if requested no later than Monday, May 30.
• After Monday, May 30:  No refunds will be given.
