SCCBC - A Lap Ahead - CACC requirements on Apr 13, 2013 (303153) | MotorsportReg.com

Thank you for using MotorsportReg.com online entry system for the Sports Car Club of BC.  If you follow these steps to create your account the first time you enter, your future entries with us will be quick and painless!  You can also use this same profile to register for other events on MotorsportReg.com.

1. If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
2. Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
3. Please use proper capitlization for all of your information as it will appear on the race results. This includes vehicle information.
4. Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
5. If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
6. Ensure ALL of your information is completed including transponder #'s, car #'s, license info, any other required information, and pay online
7. Complete entries may use the new Express Registration Line. Incomplete entries will be sent to the other line; no exceptions.
8. Next return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

CACC Lapping entrants must have successfully completed 3 lapping events, or hold a current CACC competition license.   Entrants without a CACC license, must be members of a CACC club, and must provide the SCCBC Lapping Registrar CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION from the organizing club(s) or other CACC recognized organizer. If you are a recent CACC competition license holder within the last 2 years, please provide name, date and location of last race event entered, and provide a copy of your Driver's Log Book at Registration. Transponders are not required as this is not a timed event.

Transponder numbers are required for all race cars.  If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration.  If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register online.

Paved Paddock Spaces: To reserve a paved paddock space please indicate your top 3 preferences when registering online. They will be assigned in the order the entries are received. DO NOT request a paddock space if you have an Annual Reservation. If your entry is late or you do not indicate your choices, your pit assignment will be determined at registration from any remaining.

A $60 late fee will be assessed after the registration deadline and for registrations at the track.

For expedited processing at Registration, please prepay through MotorSportReg.com and insure that all of your information is correct. Incomplete registrations, or changes to registrations, will be transfered to the regular Registration line.

How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will NOT be charged until after our event has begun. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by MotorSportReg.com, much like a hotel might do.  The pre-auth should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank card's practices.  DEBIT CARD USERS, you can use your card on MotorSportReg.com, but, you should treat the pre-authorization as a debit, and account for this, until the "hold" is dropped by your bank. You can pay for your entry at Registration onthe race weekend with cash or cheque, but you must use a credit or debit card online to complete your registration.
