Event Requirements

Please indicate the total number of people who will attend, the names of your guest(s) and their primary entree choice.
Dinner includes passed appetizers, plated organic baby greens salad, buffet with prime rib, beef short ribs, Alaskan halibut, potato leek gratin, Acini de Pepe (risotto style) and grilled assorted vegetables , plated dessert (chocolate lava cake), wine (Rodney Strong), all draft beers, coffee and tea,. Cookies will be served as a late night snack. You may bring your own favorite wine if you like; there is no corkage fee. A full cash bar will be available for those who like a cocktail before, or after dinner. Todd Morgan and the Emblems will provide live and lively rock n' roll dance music.
Redwood Region is pleased to subsidize the event holding the cost to $75 per person which includes all taxes and gratuities. Please register and pay online via MotorsportReg.com (preferred). If you are averse to either paying online with a credit card or e-check, you may mail a check to be received by November 26th, made out to Redwood Region -- PCA, directly to the Club Treasurer: Jerry Gladstone, 3772 Saint Andrews Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. If you do not want to register online at all, please contact Don Magdanz at 415-258-0242 or don@olsinc.com to RSVP with guest(s) names and send a check, to be received by November 26th, to the Club Treasurer at the address above.
Special diet options are available if requested in advance.
For those who would like to spend the night nearby, special rates have been arranged with the Acqua Hotel. Taxi service will be available for those who wish.
