2008 BMW Heart of Dixie DE at Barber Motorsports
Event Requirements

In order to attend our event, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be 19 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
- Have a Snell 2000 or newer certified helmet (M ratings ok).
- All Instructors MUST be approved by our DEC, Ted Vinson, chiefinstructor@albmwcca.org.
- No convertibles, retractable hard tops, or open cars allowed.
- Go to www.heartofdixiede.info for DE form downloads and additional information
- The host hotel for the event is the Best Western, Leeds, Alabama. Call the hotel directly at 205-640-5300 and ask for the BMW Car Club.
- Have your vehicle tech inspected within 30 days of arriving at the track.
- Cancellations up to April 30th will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 30th will receive a refund less the processing fee only if a student on the waiting list can take the space you reserved. NO cancellations after May 16th.
- You will be responsible for any damages to the Barber Motorsport Park Facility
The event organizer is offering the following cancellation policy directly to you: If you need to cancel contact Carol Lowery, 256-773-1814. Cancellations up to April 30th will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 30th will receive a refund less the processing fee only if a student on the waiting list can take the space you reserved. NO cancellations after May 16th.
