REGISTRATION and ENTRY FEES
All competitors are encouraged to pre-register (versus "event morning" registration) at the official online registration site for 2010 RallyCross events: www.motorsportreg.com. This will aid our planning prior to the event.
Another reason to register online for the Championship RallyCross? You will save money!
The Weekend Membership fee makes you an SCCA Weekend Member, will give you a $15 discount towards a full SCCA membership, a copy of "SportsCar" (our national magazine), a DVD about SCCA, and is valid for the all SCCA-sanctioned events held during that weekend.
ENTRY FEE BREAKDOWN
Wait and Register for Event Morning - $50 (SCCA members) and $60 (non-SCCA members)

Pre-Register Online AND Pay in full by 11:59P AKST, Sunday September 5th - $40 and $50 :NOTE - You must have paid in full by September 5 to take advantage of the discount even though Online Registration IS open until 11:59P AKST, Thursday September 9th, 2010. Cash may be used to pay for early registration; however, you must give it to the registrar (email antiskittle@hotmail.com) by or on September 5th. Your entry fee must be paid online (or mailed to SCCA, PO Box 220108, Anchorage, AK 99522 with a postmark not later than Sunday, September 5th, 2010).
DRIVERS LICENSES and HELMETS
Competitors must present a valid driver’s license and sign the Event Waiver. If under 18-years-of-age, competitors must have requested a sanction exception not later than Sunday, September 5, from the Region. As well, they will only be allowed to compete in the SAW or S2W Classes, and will need a Minor Waiver signed by their parents and presented prior to competition. Contact the Region at 243-2122 to obtain a form and/or request the sanction exception necessary.
Helmets: Competitors must have helmets, and they must meet minimum Snell SA-95, K95, or M-95 ratings or newer. The Region will have limited sizes and quantities of “loaner helmets” at the event; there is a $10 charge for use during the event.
CLASSES, CAR PREPARATION AND MODIFICATIONS
The Region has established four classes for our Summer Championship Season: Stock-2W, Modified-2W, Stock-AWD and Modified-AWD. Tires allowed are all-season, summer, or snow tires with or without street studs. Use of “enhanced” tires” i.e. performance rally tires, tires with more studs than highway legal, extreme mud/snow tires with large paddles, lugs, etc., will NOT be allowed. NOTE: Studs are only permitted within State allowances for studded tires.
Each competitor will be required to present their vehicle ready for inspection to the Tech Inspection Team at 9AM. Vehicles shall have mufflers, working seatbelts, and NO leaking fluids, in addition to the other items on the Tech Sheet.
Vehicles with a high-center of gravity (lifted trucks) or vehicles emitting excessive noise will not be allowed to compete. This decision will be at the discretion of the Event Chairman and Tech Inspector.

SCCA - Arctic Alaska Region is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: Refunds will not be made until the end of the RallyCross season (November 2010) or 30-days after this event, which ever is later.
