Camp Steeda/SVTOA On-Track Sebring Sensation 2008
Event Requirements

We have some basic requirements for this event:
- Drivers must be 18 years old or older with a valid Drivers license.
- All participating vehicles must be properly insured and pass tech/safety inspection. Items to be checked will be included in the pre-event checklist. Tech Form Must Be filled out Prior to arriving at Tech Inspection
- Helmets required for Road Course.
- Helmets must be labeled SA00 or newer. No motorcycle helmets. Convertibles are required to have a ROLL BAR
- Rain or Shine Event
- Long Sleeve Shirt Required (All Cotton preferred)
- Long Pants Required

The event organizer is offering the following cancellation policy directly to you: You may cancel from an event. If we cannot find a replacement for you off a waiting list of a full event, your refund for that event will be given as follows: a. 20 days or more in advance of the event will result in 5% penalty and you will receive a 95%refund. b. 7 days in advance of the event will result in a penalty of 95% of the cost of the event, and thus a 5% refund. c. 72 hours or less will result in a penalty of 100% of the cost of the event. In the unlikely event that SVTOA should have to cancel this event do too unforeseen circumstances a new date will be set if possible or a refund will be issued. Tampa Bay SVTOA, SVTOA Headquarters, Track Guys LLC, Ford Motor Company, SVTOA Regions, SVTOA Chapters and their respective officers, employees and agents will not responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel.
