MotorsportReg.com - Team KO announces Greater Reading Auto Expo (Sat 24 - Sun 25 Apr, 2010) requirements at Maple Grove Raceway, Mohnton , Pa 19540 (2498)

Specators bring your friends and family to see a car show and outdoor race event.  You can get early registration for 15 for car show or pit passes.

For Racing-------------------------------------------------------

SCCA Events Rules Apply for the Auto X -Portion http://www.bmr-scca.org/ for more details about Blue Mountain Region SCCA. Spectation for AutoX is free.

One day Race Insurance is needed which covers specators is needed if you are not an SCCA, or other affiliated member of an Accredited and Insured Sports Car Club.

For the Drift Camp - RWD or RWD converted cars only. Must bring a helmet.  For other questions email for this event only. matt@importintelligence.com

Everyone must sign a waiver. 

Their are no pre-requirements for this event.

For Show---------------------------------------------------------

You your car.  Please do not pull up with more than a 1/4 tank of gas.  If you need electric we must know ahead of time you will need your own extension cables.

For Import Swap Meet-----------------------------------------

You will be set up at the with the same entry as the Car Show Participants.  You are able to set up and sell or trade.  This is non-commercial use.

For Vendors-----------------------------------------------------

We have the expectation that you will be selling automototive products and services.  Other vendors are welcome with permission

If you need electric we do need to know ahead of time you will get 2 vendor passes more can be purchases for additional cost.

Team KO is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: 15% Cancellation - Vendors and Sponsors will not Recieve Refunds if they cancel. We will have a rain date. To Be Determined in 2010 if it rains out.
