Students must have a current SCCA Membership, a valid SCCA Novice Permit, and the car must have an SCCA Vehicle Log Book.
Payment should be mailed to the event Registrar OR payment can be made at the track. See Supps for the registrar's address.
Car numbers will be confirmed by the Registrar; only single and double digit numbers may be used.
