All drivers MUST be 18 or older. Snell SA2000 or better helmets required. No DOT or Snell M helmets permitted. VSCCA Safety rules, at a minimum.

Krause & Associates, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny entry for any reason. Your car must be inspected at this event. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to make sure your car is track worthy. 

Krause & Associates LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle or individual that we deem unsafe for ANY reason. This is a PRIVATE event.

• Groups will be scheduled to have three 20 to 25-minute sessions per day. There will be an extra race for the Formula Junior cars.
• Overly aggressive driving will not be tolerated.  1st instance will be a black flag, 2nd instance you'll be asked to leave the event.
• Three-Strikes rule is in effect. If you lose control of your car either on or off track three times, you will be excused from the event, no refund. Drive-offs verified by the workers do not count.
• If you spin or go 4-wheels off, you must pit in and report to the grid marshal. 

• Professional corner workers, fire/rescue and Advanced Life Support will be provided.
• If you are not familiar with the flags, do not enter this event.

Passing

• Passing rules will be as follows:
• Open passing any where, racing conditions.
• Passes MUST be cooperative. Please lift to facilitate a clean and efficient pass.
• Always work together to make the pass happen quickly and safely.
• To Pit-in: left arm held high out the drivers window, clenched fist. Cars behind you need to be able to see it.

• You will be required to run numbers on your car for identification purposes
• Please let us know what number you will be using for that event.
• Numbers will not be provided. Be prepared with adhesive or magnetic numbers.

Lunch

• Food and beverages are available at the track. Come prepared with water or Gatorade.

Dinner

• The extra cost, sit-down dinner at South Bend and Connie's Pub starts at 5:30 PM Saturday evening. We can offer vegetarian and children's entrees (under 12) at this event.
• You MUST sign up at the time of Registration for this event.

If the event is cancelled, your entry fee will be credited for the next or rescheduled event.  At that time, if you cannot attend that event, the normal cancellation policy will apply.
