If you are a minor (under 18 years old) you will need to have both parents or guardians fill out a junior participation form prior to the event. The forms are available on the club's website, rmr.pca.org - (waiver, junior participation form). These forms will also be available at registration, but both parents or guardians must be present to sign. At least one of the parents or guardians must be present at the event. No exceptions.
The driver must be 18 or older. Minors age 16 or 17 may participate as a navigator only.
