Join us at Millenium Aviation on Sunday 12th July for the 2009 Riesentoter PCA "Planes and Porsches" Charity Autocross on behalf of ALS (aka Lou Gehrig’s disease) Association.

Last year we raised over $5300 for ALS, lets aim to raise even more this year!

Event Information:

  • Entries will be limited to 60 competitors to ensure each gets 6 runs (3 in the morning session; 3 in the afternoon session)
  • Each entrant will receive a commemorative glass stein beer mug, kindly sponsored by Porsche of the Main Line
  • Aircraft hangar (kindly provided by Millennium Aviation) will offer valuable protection from the elements with a number of hot Jets and cool Porsches on display
  • Post-event drinks will be provided by Dogfish Head Brewery
  • Lunch is included in the entry fee plus extra meals for friends/guests can be ordered for $8 each
  • In addition, we are inviting a number of local Porsche/automotive industry-related businesses to have a stall in the hangar (just like the recent RTR vendor night at Dougherty's)
  • All entry fees will be considered as tax deductible donations to the ALS association so you can claim the entry fee as a charitable donation on your tax return (but pls consult your tax advisor!)
  • Entry fees
    • Standard entry -- $50
    • Gold pass entry - $100
  • 20 special gold pass entries are available – these special passes allow entrants to skip their work assignment and take their 6 runs when they want to (eg If you need to leave before 12 midday, you can take all 6 runs in the AM session; if you want a lie in and arrive late morning, you can take your 6 runs in the PM session; or you can do a regular 3xAM/3xPM split) -- 20 x gold passes are available for the  bargain price of $100

Remember all entry fees will be considered as tax deductible donations to the ALS.

All profits will be donated to the ALS (aka Lou Gehrig’s disease) on behalf of 10 year RTR member Bob Wilderman who was recently diagnosed with ALS.
