NEQ is pleased to offer Pro Coaching at Lime Rock Park May 18th and 19th. Simon Kirkby, whom many of you know from past coaching sessions, will be available during the NEQ event..

This opportunity is open to Instructors first and if open sessions remain, to Advanced drivers who are interested in becoming Instructors. The cost is $95.00 for one session. 

Simon is the Chief Instructor for the "Lime Rock Drivers Club." There are probably few pro drivers with more laps around Lime Rock. Simon can teach the "DE" line, the Skip Barber racing line and a qualifying lap line. He knows every nuance of every part of the track.

Pro coaching offers three opportunities.

The first is Simon will help you perfect your driving at LRP in a way few others can. Why drive lap after lap at LRP when one session with Simon can immediately improve your skills?

The second benefit is you can transfer this knowlege to your students and it gives you a huge amount of credibility as an advanced instructor, or potential instructor.

The third and perhaps most important opportunity that Simon can offer is he will demonstrate coaching/instructing behavior and techniques. You will observe how a pro teaches a driver and learn to be a better instructor yourself.

When you look at the overall effect of one session with Simon, your ability as a driver and instructor are immediately refined and the benefit spreads to the most important drivers we have, our students.

NEQ has limited slots. A special price of $95.00 per session is offered, signup is only through MSR. A pro coach normally would be hired by the day and cost you at least $1000.00. this is an opportunity to get a piece of that at an affordable cost. 

Remember, there really is no bad time slot. If you go first you feel unprepared but then have two days to build on the lesson and transfer the skills. If you go last perhaps you feel more comfortable as an individual. There really is no way to come up short. Either way you have all season to build on the experience. 

We will schedule you in the first open slot as you sign up. You must be willing to drive when assigned. A schedule will be available the week of the event.
