ICSCC’s FIRST TRIPLE-RACE WEEKEND

Spokane County Raceway is now owned by Spokane County and has seen major site renovation and road course realignment.  Each day will feature a complete championship points race program. All 3 races are sanctioned by the International Conference of Sports Car Clubs, under ICSCC 2011 Competition Regulations as Championship Races, organized by Northwest Motorsports and held at Spokane County Raceway. NOVICE 1 or 2 Novice Races - $199  (First upgrade race: FREE)

e-Pro Hare and Hound Challenge 1st Place $500 2nd Place $300 3rd Place $200
Entry fee $80: Entries open to cars from all ICSCC race groups and all licensed (ICSCC, SCCA, etc.) drivers.
e-Pro Group 1: All Closed-wheel cars.
e-Pro Group 2: All Open-wheel & Sports Racing cars.
Each group will run a separate 15-minute session. A predicted e-Pro race time will be calculated based on each car’s best lap. Overall e-Pro finishing positions for both groups will be combined and predicted race times vs actual race times for each car will determine the OVERALL WINNER!
There will also be a FREE, Trophy-Only Group (within Groups 1 & 2) for all racers competing for the 5th consecutive year (2006-2011) at Spokane.

JULY 14TH TEST-N-TUNE. Get familiar with SCR’s new road course alignment. Find your best line through the new South Turn and the Esses. One-up your competition with some pre-race laps and secure your spot for the races in the reconfigured paddock area. Get there early and have more fun. And remember, because of track realignment, the fastest in each of the classes will set new track records!

Supplemental Regulations (Spokane County Raceway)

  1. NSF checks will be charged an additional $50.00 fee.
  2. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed only after the conclusion of ICSCC racing for the day. Anyone caught consuming or under the influence of alcohol prior to that time will be asked to leave SCR. See ICSCC Competition Regulation 610 - Impairment. The Race Steward will enforce this rule.
  3. No smoking is allowed Hot Pits, Pre-grid or any SCR buildings.
  4. No open fires!  BBQ’s may be used on pavement or gravel areas only.
  5. Minor Release Forms must be completed by parent/guardian for all minors under the age of 18.
  6. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in hot pits or pre-grid. Children under 12 years of age must have direct supervision at all times.
  7. Pets must be on leashes at all times.
  8. No skateboards or roller blades.  Bicycles and small motorized vehicles may be operated in the paved/gravel areas of the paddock.
  9. Pit and pre-grid roads must remain clear. This is a fire department requirement.
  10. Speed Limit in paddock is SLOW!! Please use extreme caution. The Race Chairman will strictly enforce this regulation.
  11. No racing engines may be started prior to 7:00 am. Due to sound ordinance, all racing engines must be shut down by 9:00 pm each day.
  12. Refueling is not allowed in pre-grid.
  13. Family and crew members of drivers are to contact the communication person at pre-grid with any questions regarding their car or driver.
  14. Damage to the track, ground or buildings, regardless of cause will be charged to the driver responsible. Also, any damage to any equipment or devices utilized by ICSCC or NWMS to conduct this race will be charged to the responsible driver.
  15. Because of the possibility of hot weather at Spokane County Raceway, damage to the asphalt paving in the paddock, pre-grid or any of the SCR road surfaces may result from the use of jack stands, floor jacks, canopy poles, etc. Please bring something to use under these items.
  16. All entrants at this event must be prepared to present at tech inspection an empty, re-sealable container(s), marked with the drivers name and license number, capable of holding 2 gallons of liquids. These are to be used to remove all used engine oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, cleaners, etc. from SCR.
  17. No tires will be disposed of or abandoned at Spokane County Raceway.
  18. Be prepared for Warm Weather. Drink plenty of fluids!!
  19. All entry withdrawals must be submitted to Registration prior to the time on-track sessions begin for the Friday, Saturday or Sunday race group(s) from which the entry is being withdrawn. Withdrawal forms will be available in Registration.
  20. All cars must exit the track at Turn 8 after all practice, qualifying and race sessions.
  21. Any car exiting the race track at Turn 8 or elsewhere and proceeding to the  paddock during a race, may not re-enter the session. (Race only). See ICSCC Competition Regulation 712.
  22. PLEASE NOTE – Per ICSCC Competition Regulation 1105 G, all cars are required to have towing eyes. It is very difficult to get cars out of the pea gravel without them.

Any Additions or changes to these Supplemental Regulations will be in the form of a Driver Letter in the Driver Packet you receive at Registration. You, the driver, are responsible for reading these regulations and ensuring that you, your crewmembers and family understand and follow them.

The Driver is responsible for any infraction.
