Teen Driving Clinic - Sunday, June 10, 2012

Dakota County Technical College

About this event

Ever been concerned if regular driver's education courses are enough to keep you or your teenager safer on the roads?  Doesn't it make sense to give teenagers the "hands-on" opportunity for how to handle a car?  How fast can you stop?  How does rain effect driving dynamics?

Well, you've come to the right place.  Let our volunteer staff of highly trained driving instructors teach your teenage driver how to handle a car.  From slalom and wet skid pad exercises to braking and accident avoidance, we will teach the driver more in one day than they've learned the entire time in Drivers Ed.

This 7 hour program consists of 3 half-hour long classroom sessions and five and a half hours of behind the wheel exercises with a personal instructor.  Clinics start at 8:00am and complete by 4:30pm.  Lunch and refreshments are included.

The cost per student is $149.  Our wonderful local sponsors, Carousel and Maplewood Audi, are once again offering a $50 rebate (one rebate per first-time student) with proof of program completion.  This brings the final cost down to only $99.

Class class size is limited and spots fill quickly.  Register early for guaranteed enrollment.

Sponsored by: Shell Oil Company, Carousel and Maplewood Audi
