Come join the Porsche Club of America, Golden Gate Region for Ground School, Saturday July 11, 2009. This ground school preceeds our Rolling Thunder Event at Thunderhill Raceway Park, August 1 & 2nd. Ground school consists of a half-day of classroom instruction and video. The purpose is to introduce you to our Driver's Ed events, and to what to expect when you attend one. You will learn how we run our events, about the on-track instruction program, and what you can expect from your fellow drivers. You will also meet other club members who are starting their track career. You do not need to bring your Porsche nor will the cars be driven or inspected at the ground school.
Class runs from 9:30 AM sharp to roughly 2 PM. [Attendees must be on time to receive credit for having attended the ground school]
