Late Fee Policy: Deadline for online entry for this event is Noon, Monday, March 15. Payment MUST be received before an entry is considered official. Any entries (including driver changes) received after that date may be subject to a $150 late fee. Late entry opens 7:00 PM, Friday, March 17. Full refunds will be given for no-shows, so there is NO penalty for registering as early as possible.
ECR & Pro-IT Combined Format:ECR and Pro-IT cars (Group 7/8) will qualify and race concurrently. The entire group will be gridded based on fastest qualifying time regardless of series, then take the green flag in that order. After the 45-minute point a black flag and a “Pro-IT Only” sign will be shown to the leading Pro-IT car at Start/Finish and will remain out for an entire lap. This marks the end of the Pro-IT race and those cars running only the Pro-IT should safely proceed to Pit Road and, if appropriate, Impound. The ECR cars will continue until the checkered flag is shown at the end of ninety (90) minutes. Any “Pro-IT Only” car disregarding the black flag will face disciplinary action.
