Cancellation Policy: No refunds after August 24th. Payments by credit card subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Contact the registrar to cancel.
NOTE: for PCA student and non-member applicants: we will configure this site to require us to designate you a member before you can apply for the event and/or to indicate that applications go on a wait list (which prevents you from being able to pay so we can avoid a situation where you've paid but we don't have instructor or other capacity to accept your application). In the latter case, the system may indicate "Sold Out" but that is not necessarily true. In either case, please communicate with the Registrar to confirm status and don't give up hope!.
