During our event at Road Atlanta, VDCA is offering four 30-minute Open Test Sessions on Friday Feb. 17. Drivers will enjoy two sessions in the morning, one at 9:00 and one at 11:00, and two in the afternoon at 2:00 and 4:00. Come out and score some valuable test time at this premier track and enjoy seeing our members' Vintage cars. $200 fee for 4 sessions. Proposed Schedule. Entrants must hold a valid wheel-wheel road racing license from a recognized racing organization or an SCCA novice permit indicating completion of schools and clearance to enter regional races.
Event requirements
Registrants must be 18 years of age and hold a current wheel-wheel competition license (or signed off novice permit) with SCCA or another approved wheel to wheel racing group. Closed wheeled cars only: cars must be race prepared with roll bars, safety harness and window nets. Fuel cells are not required. Helmets and driver's suit are required. Since no timing will be provided, transponders are not necessary.
