With a respectable number of PCA Parade attendees expected from the PNWR, Tour 4 organizes the trip to SLC with a two-day tour, arriving in time for registration on July 8th.Our overnight stop will be in McCall, ID at the Hunt Lodge.
The 2012 Porsche Parade takes place from July 8 – 14 in Salt Lake City. Our Club Tour departs Seattle on Saturday, July 7th for a two-day drive to Parade. Parade registration opens March 13, 2012 at parade2012.pca.org. Our local Club registration will be available March 13th as well. However, hotel reservations can be made now for the overnight in McCall, ID at the Hunt Lodge. Various Porsche groups will be traveling through McCall. So, please ask for a reservation from the block of rooms on-hold for the “Porsche Club – Porsche Group – Seattle”. The direct line for the Hunt Lodge is 208-634-4700. Our room rate will be held until June 7th.
This tour will depart from the Burger King in Issaquah, WA on the morning of Saturday, July 7, 2012. Drivers Meeting at 8:00; Departure at 8:15. We will use FRS radios on the normal club channels of 6.11.

Tour Requirements:
- Cancellations and refunds: Please read and understand this policy before registering. Up until Two Weeks before the event, you may cancel and receive a refund for portions of the event paid directly to PNWR. Hotel Reservations must be cancelled within the policy of the hotel. For additional information, email the event chair at tours@pnwr.org.
- Car club membership: To participate you should be a member of the PCA and PNWR. Porsche owners who are not members may register and receive a special invitation on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: Unless the tour is specifically intended for a particular type of Porsche you may bring other makes of car to the tour. ...but why would you want to do that?

For Adult participants and attendees: Please print and sign the event waiver, and bring it with you to give to the tour organizer the day of the tour. All passengers and drivers need to sign.

- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 16 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Tour. A driving permit is not acceptable. For participants under 18 years old, the participant and his/her parents must sign an additional waiver and the participant must attend with at least one parent or legal guardian. - Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration. If you have two cars on the tour each car and driver should register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
