Activites & Fees:
Your StarFest 2012 registration will provide you with a confirmation message which will include a Group code to get our Special Rate of $169.00 per room per night at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. The special rate is all inclusive except for taxes. The resort and parking fees have been waived for attendees. You can call the Hiltion reservations at 1-800-950-0086 , or go online to register. By using the Group code, you allow the MBCA | Desert Stars Section to access your reservation information for StarFest® 2012 planning purposes. Additional we suggest that you use a credit card and NOT a debit card for your charges with the hotel. If you use a debit card, it is the policy of the hotel to hold $100.00 per day from your account for incidentals. Depending on your bank, the unused amount may take a few days to be returned to your account after your check-out from the hotel. It is a lot smarter to use a credit card.
