A $25 collection fee will be added to any check refused for any reason. All refunds will be mailed within 30 days of the event and will be by check.
As WMR gets charged a fee for entrants who use credit cards, we encourage folks to help us out and pay for this event by check. To protect the entrant, we do NOT deposit the check until a week before the event. There is NO penalty for paying for the event with a check at registration. Anyone who pays for the event with a credit card and withdraws will be paid by check with the credit card processing fee withheld. All refunds will occur after the event has been held so the treasurer can write all the checks at once.
