This year BMW North America has generously agreed to sponsor another BMW Corral and hospitality area at Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway! For 2011 the joint event presented by the Golden Gate and Sacramento Valley Chapters will be located between Turns 4 and 5 overlooking the track, as usual, at the best location to watch all the action.
This year the Rolex Grand Am returns to Laguna for an unusual Fridat and Saturday race weekend. Three usual days of racing will be compressed into two days! In the Continental Tire race there are 43 entries: 11 BMWs and 3 MINIs. In the Rolex DP and GT race BMW is represented by Scott Pruett from Roseville, CA in a Dinan BMW powered Riley, hoping to defend his 2010 Championship. Turner Motorsport's BMW entry is the lone BMW in the GT race.
We will have a new sponsor, Continental Tires, join us in addition to BMW NA and Big O Tires. Continental Tire Corporation will provide us all with hats and lanyards AND a set of tires to one lucky member! Grand Am will have some prizes for the drawing as well. Big O Tires is responsible for the live TV coverage inside the tent. Thank you to our sponsors!
Up close and personal visits to several BMW Team pit areas are on the agenda both days, especially visiting our long term friends at Turner Motorsport. It is past half way in the racing season. Ford and BMW are tied for the Manufacturer's Championship going into 7th race of the season, and the race at Laguna is #8 of a 10 race season. BMW drivers are in first place as well. The BMW Teams need our enthusiastic support! We plan to march down into the pits as a group to visit the teams. Another Grand Am event during the weekend is the opportunity to go onto the track on Saturday afternoon just before the race to talk to and photograph the drivers and their crews and cars. A good time will be had by all! The hospitality tent and the corral will be open both Friday and Saturday. Corral pass is good for both days.

Corral tickets are $15 per car, this price include the credit-card and track-processing fees. Registration has been extended!
Event requirements
You must bring a BMW or Mini to park in the corral. Non-BMWs will be required to use general parking.
Corral passes ordered here MUST BE PICKED UP AT WILL CALL -- we are not mailing corral passes. Will Call is open on Friday 7am to 5pm, and Saturday 7am to Noon. Located at:
