ALL person's entering the lot will sign the Liability Release Waiver. Minor Waivers will be filled out at the Registration Trailer.
Local food vendors are very close by (McDonalds, Krystals, Subway) and we will break for a short 20-30 minute lunch.
Event requirements
If you have a child under the age of 18, you will have to fill out a Minor Waiver form. If both parents are present, both may sign the Minor Waiver in the presence of the Registrar. This waiver will be valid for the remainder of the current year. If one parent/guardian is present, they may sign the Minor Waiver and it will be good for the current Event only. The parents will also be required to sign the standard Event Waiver and beneath sign 'parent of' and sign their Minor Child's name.
If your child is under 12 years of age, they will NOT be allowed to ride as a passenger during the Event, NO Exceptions. We appreciate you respecting our safety guidelines.
