(ALL Driver's/Staff/Personnel will enter on the Chapman Road side of the lot)
ALL person's entering the lot will sign the Liability Release Waiver prior to entering the lot. Minor Waivers will be filled out at the Registration Trailer, but parents will sign the Liability Release Waiver at the gate and beneath their name they will sign 'parent/guardian of' and then their child's name. At that time they will head directly to the Registration Trailer to fill out the Minor Release Waiver. If both parents/guardians are present, both will sign and it will be in effect for the remainder of the current year. If only one parent/guardian is present to sign the Minor Waiver, it will be in effect for that Event/Location ONLY.
Chattanooga State MotorSports Club will be hosting concessions: Hot Dogs, Burgers, Chips & Drinks (very reasonably priced)
Event requirements
If you have a child under the age of 18, you will have to fill out a Minor Waiver form. If both parents are present, both may sign the Minor Waiver in the presence of the Registrar. This waiver will be valid for the remainder of the current year. If one parent/guardian is present, they may sign the Minor Waiver and it will be good for the current Event only. The parents will also be required to sign the standard Event Waiver and beneath sign 'parent of' and sign their Minor Child's name.
If your child is under 12 years of age, they will NOT be allowed to ride as a passenger during the Event, NO Exceptions. We appreciate you respecting our safety guidelines.
