Event requirements
Registration:- All participants must register during the allocated registration hours as noted in the schedule.
Any problems please contact the Chief Registrar before the event.
Drivers:-
Drivers must present their ID at registration as required by the GCR.
Races are open to drivers who hold either a SCCA National, Regional Vintage or Novice permit license.
This competition is also open, with SCCA membership, to competition license holders of the following organizations.
BMW CCA (Full competition) – CACC (Competition) – FIA (issued by any sanctioning body) - HSR – ICSCC (Area Conference) IMSA – MCSCC (Full) – NASA (Competition License) – PCA (Full Competition)- Ontario Region CASC (Regional) – SCCA Pro Racing – SVRA – VMC – Waterford Hills Road Racing Club (Full)- West Canada Motorsports Association (Amateur).
Western Ohio Region SCCA reserves the right to refuse any entry
Photo ID is mandatory for all participants. Photo Ids can be obtained at registration for $5 each.
Novice permit holders can only compete if all regional race requirements have been completed & if all paperwork has been submitted to the National SCCA office.
Drivers requiring license & membership confirmation from the National SCCA office must contact the WOR Registrar no later than 9.00 pm (EDT) October, 11 2010. A fee $5 will be charged for this service.
Enduro Specific: Designated Team Representative (DTR):- Each team must designate at least one team member to serve as team spokesperson during the event. A DTR must be available at any time during the event, therefore if the DTR is driving. A second DTR must be designated during these periods.
Eligible Classes: AS, ITE, ITA, ITB, ITE, ITS, SSB, SSC, SPO, SPU, T1, T2, SM & SRF.
Grid position will be decided by date and time of receipt of Team's fully paid entry.
Regional Specific: Registration:

Novice permits will be collected by registration & available from the Chief Steward after your final event. when collecting, please provide a copy of your results.
Eligible Classes: F500, FV, FST, CFF, FF, FC, CFC, S2000, FM, FS, FB, FE, SRF, ITC, ITA, ITB, ITS, ITR, ITE, IT7, JSB & SSC.
Car # confirmation will not be sent unless the number choices are not available. In these case, the registrar will make contact to determine the allocation.
Working Tranx260 transponders are required. Non working transponders may result in a loss of score.
Radio frequencies of 151.625, 154.600 & 154.570 MHz are for official use only.
PDX Specific: At Track Registration: The following items will be required for registration at the track. A valid driver’s license and a current SCCA Membership Card. For participants who registered as non-SCCA members your Weekend Membership will be issued at registration. All participants will be issued a wristband at registration. This wristband must be worn at all times. It is the responsibility of each entrant to have current credentials with them at registration. There will be no calls to the SCCA National Office to verify credentials.
Registration will be held at the main registration building located at Gate 3.
