This year's Poker Run Saturday, November 8th, beginning at 9:30 am, and finishing at about 2:00 pm. We will travel just over 30 miles through Montery, CA. Most of the drive will be through the famous 17 mile drive of Montery.
The drive will begin at a coffee house (to be named later) near the intersection of Hwy 1 and Hwy 68, in Monterey. This is certainly one of California's most beautiful drives, and while it is not a long distance, there will be many points of interest along the way. We'll make 4 stops along the way, and at each stop, we'll hand out more playing cards, allowing the participants to build their poker hand.
We'll be supplying you with a paid entrance to the park, water to be consumed during our stops, and lunch after we complete the drive. There will be plenty of opportunities along the way for photos, so make sure to bring your cameras and video recorders.
The drive will end at about 2:00 PM when we will split up and allow the participants to return home in time to finish their weekends at home.
Photos taken on this drive may end up in the Quattro Quarterly magazine, so make sure your rides and super shiny! The drive will be a nice pleasure drive so that we can enjoy the scenery and any wildlife we may encounter along the way. Given the speed limits for the streets throughout this drive, there is very little chance of anyone having an issue with their cars, but we always say that we'll be sure to "keep the shiny side up"!
Please use the registration form to create reservations for everyone in your car.
We will have some great prizes to give away for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in our competition. There is a $10 park entrance fee per person for the drive. Your fee provides you admission to the park, lunch, refreshments during the drive, and cash prizes.
Event requirements
The driver of each car must be a member of the Audi Club, and their membership must be paid up in full. Other participants in the car do not need to be Audi Club members, so bring your friends along for the ride.
