Join us once again on the Annual Borrego Springs Drive on Sunday April 25th! Last year we timed the drive to coincide with the blooming of the Spring Desert Flowers. And while the foliage was spectacular, the volume of traffic was less than. So this year we've moved the date back a bit to try and open up the drive and make it a bit more exciting. The drive will start again on Highway 94 from Rancho California (start location is: Peter Piper Pizza, 2983 Jamacha Rd, Rancho San Diego, CA 92019)
and take us up to the In-Koh-Pah overlook, where we'll stop to take in the stunning panoramic views of the desert scenery. After that we'll descend into the Anza Borrego Desert to tackle the Imperial Highway with it's wonderful combination of tricky twists and high speed sections. We'll pause for a festive lunch in town at Carley's before making the ascent back up into the Cleveland National Forest, and onto Santa Ysabel and The Julian Pie Factory for some homemade pie and coffee.
Event requirements
Cost is $10 per person for Audi Club members; $15 for non-members.
You must be 18 years of age to drive in this event.
